Brands, retailers and entrepreneurs developing their own products or branded ranges.
How to prepare a product sourcing brief
Include what the product does, materials, dimensions, colours, packaging, branding, target quantity and any standards it must meet. Attach drawings or reference photos. A good brief gives you faster and more accurate quotations.
OEM, ODM and private label
OEM follows your own design. ODM adapts a manufacturer's existing design under your brand. Private label puts your brand on a standard product. Each has different costs, minimums and timelines.
Samples before production
For custom work, approving a sample before bulk production is the best way to confirm quality and details.
